Captive Nut Puzzle (DRAWINGS)

$7.00

So you want to make your own captive nut puzzle with a twist? Excellent. Here are the drawings I used to make in this video.

In addition to raw materials you will also need a couple springs as listed below.

(1) Compression Spring 0.625″ OD x 0.054″ Wire X 0.5″ LG (like McMaster # 9657K127 only cut down to length)

(1) Compression Spring 0.375″ OD x 0.042″ Wire x 0.8″ LG (McMaster # 9657K86)

I also highly recommend fine tuning the lengths on the key pin as I did in the video to compensate for the tolerance stack up in the assembly.

After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of the order with a link to download the drawing PDF. If you have questions, let us know at contact@inheritancemachining.com.

Note: This purchase is for a technical drawing only. This is not for a physical product.
